connectFirst is a locally owned and operated credit union with 42 locations across Southern Alberta. Born out of a recent merger, connectFirst’s brand awareness is relatively low, putting it at a disadvantage in acquiring new customers. However, what sets connectFirst apart from its competitors is its commitment to face-to-face conversations, valuing individuals for who they are, not for what they own. 

Banks see numbers. We see Albertans. 

Having an amazing bank app is great, but if you can never talk to a real person about your financial future and develop a personalized plan, then it defeats impersonal. Many of the big banks have taken this route, leaving many Albertans to feel like they’ve been reduced to a number.
