In 2025, Petro-Canada was celebrating a huge milestone. It's 50th anniversary. Since 1975 they’d been there for Canadians and their staff. They had connected a country along one of the longest stretches of highway in the world. The question, however, was how to celebrate — they’re humble because they’re also Canadian.

To remind people of who you are, remind them of who you’ve always been. For Petro-Canada, this meant returning to its 1975 beginning. As Canada’s first national gas station and the only Canadian-owned and operated chain, only Petro-Canada could speak to its identity and shared beliefs in a sincere way.
